About the Project

Abdul Latif Jameel is a Saudi family-owned conglomerate, founded in 1945, operating in more than 30 countries across 6 continents. It spans seven major business sectors including transport, manufacturing, financial services, energy and environmental services, real estate, media, and consumer goods.
Maz Nexa was tasked with developing the website for the "Land & Real Estate" division (ALJ Land) to professionally showcase the group's ongoing projects to potential investors, with a focus on providing a user-friendly journey for inquiries and applications.

Challenges

  • The old website lacked content organization and effective links between the different services of the group.
  • Poor mobile device compatibility in terms of performance and user experience.
  • The need to present project information in a way that targets investors and aligns with a lead generation approach.

Solutions

  • Complete redesign of UX/UI with a Modular Layout approach, allowing easy addition of future projects and services.
  • Development of a sitemap and user journey analysis to streamline the steps from browsing to application for investors.
  • Enhancement of the group's visual identity through consistent fonts and colors, and clearer content and calls-to-action (CTAs).
  • Integration of performance analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to measure and optimize engagement post-launch.

Scope of Work

The scope of work included the redevelopment of Abdul Latif Jameel’s Land & Real Estate division website, aiming to create an integrated and user-friendly digital platform that allows potential investors to easily browse projects and communicate. The project focused on improving user experience, structuring content, and organizing information, along with implementing efficient lead generation systems linked to digital marketing campaigns supporting the user journey
