About the Project

In 2023, SAB Bank (HSBC Saudi Arabia) initiated an RFP process to source a new provider for e-learning services. The bank sought a partner with proven experience in the banking sector, a deep understanding of Saudi culture, and the ability to deliver high-quality Arabic content.

Capytech was selected due to its extensive expertise and strong track record in developing multilingual digital training programs. A three-year master agreement was signed, during which Capytech produced numerous bilingual (Arabic and English) e-learning modules tailored to various internal audiences — from front-line employees to board members.

Solutions

  • Capytech developed tailored e-learning modules addressing the bank’s needs throughout the contract duration.
  • Content was created in collaboration with SAB teams to ensure cultural relevance and strict adherence to quality and compliance standards.
  • All modules were implemented within the bank’s Learning Management System (LMS) with continuous technical support to ensure smooth operation.
