About the Project

Founded in 1997, Bed Quarter is a subsidiary of Al-Mazra'a Group and is one of the leading brands in the luxury bedding and furniture sector. The company owns more than 30 showrooms across the GCC countries.
Bed Quarter has a strong presence in Saudi Arabia with over 26 showrooms in various cities including Riyadh, Khobar, Dammam, Jeddah, Ahsa, Jubail, and Qassim. The company represents a portfolio of prestigious global brands like Tempur, Nolte, Ogawa, Maya, Gintoog, Hemlola, and Yatsan.

Objectives

  • Diversifying communication channels with the audience across various social media platforms.
  • Improving conversion rates from digital campaigns to actual showroom sales.
  • Managing a large number of branches and global brands within a single scope.

Solutions

  • Develop and implement an integrated social media marketing plan.
  • Create engaging visual content that reflects the quality and diversity of the products.
  • Launch digital promotional campaigns to drive traffic to Bed Quarter showrooms.
  • Manage accounts on four major platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Manage the e-commerce store and boost online sales in parallel with showroom sales.
  • Collaborate monthly with influencers to enhance brand awareness and increase audience reach.

Scope of Work

  • Facebook: 15 posts per month

  • Instagram: 20 posts and 10 stories per month

  • Twitter: 15 posts per month

  • LinkedIn: 4 posts per month

  • Create content (texts and hashtags) in both Arabic and English.

  • Prepare monthly performance reports.

  • Execute one photoshoot every three months.

  • Manage digital marketing campaigns.

  • Collaborate with three influencers monthly.

  • Custom designs for social media platforms in Arabic.
  • Creative videos in Arabic targeting the local audience.
